Direct Cremation or Natural Burial with Farewell Service

An increasingly popular choice is a direct cremation or a natural burial, followed by the farewell ceremony or celebration of life in a venue close by.  

Here I am highlighting two of my favourite places in the Chichester area. They are very different in location and budget but their high standards and determination to provide the best possible service to their clients, mirror my own. 

Chichester Yacht Club

Chichester Marina, Birdham PO20 7EJ

The stunning location of the Yacht Club overlooking the beautiful Chichester harbour, must be one of the premier spots around and their prices will also surprise and delight you! They are notably competitive for a venue of this calibre.

There are two beautifully appointed function rooms to choose from, the larger with a private balcony and both with harbour views. Up to 120 people can be hosted for a Farewell event with all the facilities you could want to make it both magical and memorable. Excellent catering choices are on offer and the team is always ready to help and advise you.

The Fishbourne Centre

Blackboy Lane, Fishbourne, PO18 8BE

Offering bright and contemporary space at affordable prices, the centre is set in a leafy spot surrounded by playing fields and beautiful trees. Lots of free parking, disabled access and facilities, private bar, various in-house buffet options, outside patio and include a range of complimentary facilities you might like for a unique celebration of life or memorial service gathering.
